Refund & Cancellation Policy

At OMRE, we are committed to providing institutional-grade analytics. Because our products are digital goods delivered via the Internet, they generally cannot be "returned."
Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.
GENERAL REFUND POLICY
1.1. Nature of Digital Goods:
OMRE provides immediate access to proprietary historical data, AI algorithms, Similarity Search results, and real-time analytics upon login. Since this intellectual property and data is consumed immediately, we do not offer refunds for:
- Monthly Subscriptions
- Quarterly Subscriptions
- Lifetime / Founders Club Memberships
1.2. "No Questions Asked" Refunds:
We do not provide refunds based on market performance, trading losses, or personal change of mind. The subscription fee pays for access to the tool, not for a guarantee of profit.
EXCEPTIONS (When we DO Refund)
We value fairness. We will issue a 100% Refund in the following specific scenarios:
- Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same billing cycle due to a technical glitch or payment gateway error.
- Service Failure: If the Platform was down or inaccessible for more than 48 consecutive hours during your subscription period.
- Unauthorized Charge: If you can prove that a transaction was made without your consent (e.g., card theft).
To claim a refund under these exceptions, please email support@omrestocks.com within 7 days of the transaction.
CANCELLATION POLICY
3.1. How to Cancel:
You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time.
- Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing.
- Click "Cancel Subscription".
3.2. Effect of Cancellation:
- No Future Charges: You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
- Access Continues: You will retain full access to OMRE Pro features until the end of your current paid period.
- No Pro-Rata Refund: We do not refund the remaining days of a current billing cycle.
FOUNDERS CLUB / LIFETIME DEALS
4.1. Non-Refundable:
The "Founders Club" or "Lifetime" membership is a high-value, one-time purchase that grants permanent access and potential profit-sharing rights. Due to the exclusive nature of this tier and the immediate allocation of rights, Lifetime Deal purchases are strictly non-refundable.
