1.1. Analytics Tool Only: OMRE is a financial data analytics and visualization platform powered by Artificial Intelligence. We are NOT a SEBI-registered Investment Advisor (IA), Research Analyst (RA), Portfolio Manager, or Broker.

1.2. No Financial Advice: The "Stability Scores," "Similarity Search," "Projections," and "News Sentiment" provided on the Platform are algorithmic outputs based on historical data. They constitute informational and educational content, not financial advice or recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any security.

1.3. User Responsibility: You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your investment decisions. OMRE does not manage your funds or execute trades on your behalf.

2.1. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform.

2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. OMRE is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

2.3. One User, One Account: Accounts are for individual use only. Sharing your login credentials with others is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without refund.

3.1. Billing: Subscriptions (Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual) are billed in advance.

3.2. No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our data (immediate consumption), all sales are final once the dashboard has been accessed. Please review our Refund Policy for exceptions.

3.3. Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Active subscriptions will remain at their locked-in rate until the end of the current billing cycle.

5.1. All charts, algorithms, code, design, and data visualizations on OMRE are the intellectual property of OMRE.

5.2. No Scraping: You agree not to use automated scripts, scrapers, or bots to extract data from our Platform. Violation of this will result in a permanent ban and potential legal action.

6.1. Algorithmic Risk: You understand that AI models (XGBoost, Vector Search) are probabilistic. Past performance (Backtesting) is not indicative of future results. The Platform may contain errors, data delays, or inaccuracies.

6.2. Liability Cap: To the fullest extent permitted by law, OMRE and its founders, employees, or affiliates shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profit, or loss of data.

6.3. Maximum Liability: You expressly agree that OMRE's total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to OMRE in the 30 days preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold OMRE harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any laws or regulations regarding stock trading in India.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
